Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Can I order for my business?

Yes, we welcome business orders. We can provide VAT invoices and are happy to discuss volume orders. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, we're happy to take orders over the phone. Call us on 01952 407599 during business hours and we'll help you with your order.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders over GBP500. For orders under GBP500, standard delivery is GBP29.95 to UK mainland addresses. See our Delivery page for full details.

Can you deliver to my office?

Yes, we deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. For commercial deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and check items before signing.

How long will delivery take?

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 5-10 working days. Larger items and made-to-order pieces may take longer - delivery times are shown on each product page.

Assembly

Do items require assembly?

Assembly requirements vary by product and are clearly stated on each product page. Many items arrive fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Where assembly is required, clear instructions are included.

Do you offer assembly services?

We don't currently offer assembly services. However, most of our furniture is designed for straightforward assembly with standard tools. Instructions are included with all items that require assembly.

Product Care

How do I care for my furniture?

Care instructions are included with all items. Generally, dust regularly with a soft cloth and wipe spills immediately. Avoid placing items in direct sunlight or near heat sources. See our Care Guide for detailed advice.

Is there a warranty?

All our furniture comes with a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear. Extended warranties are available on selected items.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy on unused items in their original packaging. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect all items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery paperwork. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Don't dispose of damaged items or packaging until we've advised you.

How do I arrange a return?

Contact us by email at tony.cooper@webuildstores.co.uk or call 01952 407599 to arrange your return. We'll provide a returns authorisation number and arrange collection where applicable.
