Before Your Delivery Arrives
- ◆ Clear the delivery path - Ensure there's a clear route from your entrance to the office. Measure doorways and corridors, especially for larger desks and bookcases.
- ◆ Prepare your space - Know where you want furniture positioned. Consider power socket locations and cable management needs.
- ◆ Someone needs to be present - For larger deliveries, an adult must be present to accept and sign for the goods.
- ◆ Check on arrival - Please inspect items for any transit damage before the driver leaves. Report any issues immediately.

For small items, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. For larger items, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
